The Mt. Hermon pit crew cooked 704 chicken halves yesterday morning with the light off at 4:36 am. It was a great morning unless you were one of the unlucky chickens!

We had a 4:30 AM light off for the Mount Hermon chicken barbecue. More than 500 halves cooked on Saturday morning. 🔥🍗
