What a Joyous Sunday at St. Mary's today! It was our annual Homecoming Celebration and St. Mary's is celebrating 267 years of ministry to our community. It was so heartwarming to see people who have worshiped with us before and returned to help celebrate our Homecoming.

Many thanks to our guest pastor today, Chuck Miller. It was a day full of worship and fellowship while we were reminded in today's sermon about Love, Unity and the importance of our faith in our lives. Jesus prays for the unity of all the people of the world and is larger than any obstacles that we are faced with. He has embodied us to bring people into a relationship with God and that Christianity is the direct result of relationships with eachother and ultimately with Jesus.

We are excited to officially welcome Tommy and Pam Hawkins into the St. Mary's congregation as they joined the Church today. We are so honored to have you with us every Sunday!

After our hearts were filled with the word of Christ during the service today, our bodies were nourished with a meal in celebration of Homecoming Sunday. Thanks to all who brought food to share and for the setup and clean up.

See you next Sunday at 9:00am for another day of worship and fellowship!

Join us this Sunday at 10:30 AM for Homecoming at St. Mary's! Our family reunion is even brighter this year as we welcome new members that have chosen to call St. Mary's home.

And why worry about your clothing? Look at the lilies of the field and how they grow. They don’t work or make their clothing, yet Solomon in all his glory was not dressed as beautifully as they are. And if God cares so wonderfully for wildflowers that are here today and thrown into the fire tomorrow, he will certainly care for you. Why do you have so little faith? 🕊
