Last Sunday was our Fall Kickoff Open House. After our service children and teens had a chance to go their classrooms, meet their teachers, and get pumped up for the year ahead. We're excited about all the opportunities for people young and old to grow in God's Word this fall and grateful for all the amazing members of our Sunday School staff! Our first day of classes for the new year will be Sunday, September 13.

On Sunday we bid a fond farewell to the Arstein family. Calvin has completed his year of service with us as our vicar and is heading back to Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary for his final year of preparation for pastoral ministry. We had a wonderful year with the Arsteins and wish them God's richest blessings as they begin their next chapter!

Soccer Camp finished up with a bang yesterday! The slip 'n' slide was a huge hit and the kids soaked up every last minute of playing soccer and learning about the "Firm Footing" we have in Jesus!
