What a mighty God we serve!

We started under a tree. We worshipped in a clubhouse. We rented a space and trusted God every step of the way. And now, by His grace, we are stepping into a new season and a new home! 🏠✨

On Sunday, September 6th, we will gather for our FIRST SERVICE in our new church home!

This is more than a new building, it is a testimony of God’s faithfulness, provision, and His ability to do exceedingly abundantly above all we could ask or think.

Come celebrate with us. Come worship with us. Come give God glory for what He has done and for what He is about to do!

The journey has brought us here, but we know this is only the beginning.

WEDNESDAY WISDOM

Your sojourning is about more than getting to the destination.

Yes, God can change your position, your prosperity, and your circumstances, but while you’re on the journey, He is also changing you.

There is an internal work happening that cannot always be seen from the outside. God is developing your character, deepening your faith, and bringing you into spiritual maturity.

So don’t become so focused on getting through the sojourning that you miss what God is doing in you during it.

The destination may change your location, but the journey is meant to change you.

Families have lost loved ones, homes, and communities have been left in ruins. Pray for comfort, strength, and provision for those grieving the loss of loved ones and those who are clinging to hope for missing family members.

Don’t Die in Your Sojourning

Your sojourning may be difficult, but don’t die there.

There are seasons in life when the journey feels long, the process feels exhausting, and you may wonder if things will ever get better. But remember: God always has something better ahead in your sojourning.

The Word of God reminds us:

“Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Galatians 6:9

Your sojourning is not wasted. Every step, every trial, every season of waiting, and every act of obedience is part of the journey God is using to bring you into what He has prepared.

Don’t faint in the process. Don’t give up in the journey. Don’t die in your sojourning.

There is a better on the other side of your obedience.

Keep walking. Keep trusting. Keep believing.

God has better ahead. 🙏🏽

SOJOURN.

Today, Bishop taught from Joshua 3 on Sojourn, and one thought that stood out was this:

Life is a sojourn.

As we journey through different seasons, transitions, places, and circumstances, one thing we cannot afford to be without is direction. A sojourner needs a compass. We need a guide.

And as believers, our compass must be the voice of God and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

We cannot navigate every season by what looks right, feels right, or makes sense to us. We must learn to follow His presence, listen for His voice, and trust His instruction, even when the path ahead is unfamiliar.

Where He leads, we follow.
When He speaks, we listen.
When His presence moves, we move.

As we sojourn through life, may the presence of God be our compass and the Holy Spirit our guide. 🧭
