We are also blessed to have Amy Doerfler leading us in worship through song for our ladies retreat!

Amy is a composer, homeschooling mom, wife, and worship leader with a deep passion for helping others know and remember God’s Word through music. She has been setting Scripture to song since becoming a Christian at age six and has spent the past 18 years leading worship at her local Christian and Missionary Alliance Church.

Amy holds a doctorate from Kent State University and has devoted her musical gifts to putting large portions of Scripture to music, without repeats or alterations, to help disciple and equip believers through Scripture memorization. She and her husband, Matt, have three sons and share a heart for building their family around God’s Word.

Amy’s desire is to use music as a tool to help women hide Scripture in their hearts, meditate on God’s truth, and grow deeper in their relationship with Him.

We can’t wait to worship together and allow God’s Word to minister to our hearts through music!

Meet our Keynote Speaker!

Vanesa Alcantara is an author, ministry founder, pastor’s wife, and engaging speaker with a passion for helping women reconnect with Jesus and experience spiritual renewal. She serves alongside her husband at Crossroads Church in Mansfield, Ohio, and is the founder of the Soul Scan Women’s Conference, established in 2019.

Through her fun, engaging teaching style, biblical insight, and practical tools, Vanesa encourages women to embrace their identity and purpose in Christ, navigate life’s challenges with grace, and experience meaningful spiritual growth. Her heart is to create spaces where women can connect, heal, and flourish in their relationship with God.

Through her ministry, Vanesa invites women to Deal, Heal, and Grow in order to confront what holds them back, allow God to bring healing, and grow deeper in their relationship with Him.
