It has been brought to my attention that some one is spoofing the Church's phone number to make calls. Exactly who is doing this is unclear, but there seems to be little we can do about it. Other than say:

It is exceptionally rare that the Church phone line is used for any purpose other than receiving calls. Most board Members as well as the Vicar are far more likely to make calls from their cell phone than the Church line. If you think it is even remotely possible some one from the church is trying to reach you, I suggest calling the church line instead of answering that incoming call.
