Our Lady of the Holyland Parish Churches of Holy Cross in Mt. Calvary, St. Cloud in Saint Cloud, St. John the Baptist in Johnsburg, St. Joseph in St. Joe & Visitation of the BVM in Marytown, WI.

Welcome to the page of Our Lady of the Holyland Parish. Our parish includes the churches of Holy Cross in Mt. Joe & Visitation of the BVM (St. Mary) in Marytown, WI. These five Roman Catholic churches are located in the northwest corner of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. The area became known as "The Holyland" because of the faith of these German immigrant farm communities and the spires of

the churches that were built on the highest hill in each of these communities. They share as their founder Father Casper Rehrl, the "Apostle to the Holyland." St. John the Baptist was founded in 1841 and is the oldest Catholic parish between Milwaukee and Little Chute, WI. Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary was founded in 1849. Holy Cross began in the log chapel of St. Nicholas in 1849. Out of this original church would eventually form Holy Cross, St. Cloud and St. Joseph parishes. In 2010 they came together to form St. Isidore the Farmer Parish until they merged with St. John & St. Mary to form Our Lady of the Holyland Parish on July 1, 2021. FORMED...Subscription Renewed for the Parish and Schools
The parish has renewed its subscription to FORMED...the "Catholic Netflix" of online resources. Truly, there is something for everyone on this site (videos, movies, audiobooks, studies). For the fourth year, this subscription provides free, unlimited 24/7 access for all parishioners, as well as the faculty, staff, and families of Holyland Catholic School and St. Lawrence Seminary. If you haven't taken advantage of this wonderful resource or have an account but forgot how to access it, see the instructions below or call the office and we will help you.

How do parishioners register for an account?
1. Go to formed.org/signup (where you are automatically redirected to the AI sign in page)
2. Enter your email and click "Next"
3. Enter your name, agree to the Terms of Use, and click "Sign Up"
4. Select your parish by entering the parish zip code (53057), then click "Sign Up"
5. You will then be taken to the main Formed site and should be automatically signed in and
be able to access all the content

How do parishioners log into Formed that previously had access?
1. Go to formed.org
2. In the upper right corner, select "Sign In."
3. If you are already actively logged on, you will be brought to the main Formed site.
4. If you are not logged on, the system will invite you with a password or 6-digit code.
