First Baptist Church of Mount Calm Youth Group Christian Youth Group It is extremely hard for many teenagers to grow up in this world!

Today, more than ever, our culture is driven by s*x, drugs, alcohol and most of all, bad decisions! We enjoyed leadership training and character building in a nurturing Christian environment. One of the greatest contributions of our youth program is providing a quality program while teaching teamwork, morals and values that they will carry youth with them throughout their lifetime. Although there

are many assets that help youth grow up, support from their community and in turn a community that values their youth encourages them to become more confident individuals and will enable them to become tomorrow’s business and community leaders.

DNow day 1 was a huge success. We had kids come that was eager to dig into the Word.

Today we learned to press pause in our busy lives to give the proper time needed with God. We learned while pressing pause it’s important to pray and what it looks like to pray. And lastly, we learned while pressing pause why knowing or studying the Bible is vital in our relationships with God and ways to read and study the Bible to get the most from the scriptures.

Many thanks to everyone who donated to, helped teach, brought food & snacks, and the ones hosting the kids tonight to come back tomorrow for the final lesson.

Final lesson starts tomorrow at 8am!
