Where is your treasure? ❤️

Luke 12:34 reminds us that what we treasure reveals where our hearts are. May we choose to treasure the things that matter most—our relationship with Christ, His Word, and the people He has placed in our lives.

We had a fantastic time at our recent Young at Heart meeting as we learned from Joanna Radford, Director of N.C. Cooperative Extension - Surry County Center! 🌾🥗🌱

Joanna gave a wonderful presentation highlighting the variety of programs and resources available right here in our community. From gardening and home horticulture tips to health, nutrition, and youth development programs, we learned so much about how Cooperative Extension serves Surry County!

Thank you, Joanna, for taking the time to share your expertise, answer all of our questions, and spend the evening with our group! ❤️

This weekend we celebrate Quakers around the world and the shared faith that connects us.

As Friends, we seek to follow Jesus Christ, listen for God’s leading, live out our faith through love and service, and be people of peace.

May we continue to let Christ guide our hearts and shine His light through our lives.

Happy World Quaker Day! 💛
