The Mound Valley Grade School Student Council came to help set up the Christmas Food Boxes. They brought several boxes from the their food drive also. What a great group of kids and a super teacher who donated time and energy to help our 17 Mound Valley familes. Thank you!! Merry Christmas!

Easter Week of Events:
Maundy Thursday Service on April 6, 2023, will be held at the Altamont United Methodist Church in the fellowship hall at 6:00 PM.
Good Friday Service on April 7, 2023, will be held at Mound Valley United Methodist Church starting at 6:00 PM.
The community of Mound Valley will have an Easter Sunrise Service at the MV Baptist Church at 7:00 AM.
All are welcome to attend to celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.

New Life Clothing and More store in Altamont will continue the clothing sack sale until Saturday, February 25. $3.00 a sack. All clothing, belts, scarves, hats, and shoes are included that can fit inside a sack.

Mound Valley United Methodist Church would like to invite everyone to our joint Christmas Eve service held at the Altamont United Methodist Church on December 24 at 6:00 PM.

December 25 the Altamont United Methodist Church will join us for a beautiful worship service at 10:30AM at our church in Mound Valley.

Everyone is welcome to join us celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Today the Food Box Program will be handing out Christmas Food Sacks a day early, 12/21/22, due to the potential winter storm and bitter cold from 4:30 PM to 5:00 PM. We will also be updating records for 2023. Note: No food boxes for the month of January! The next date will be 2/2/23 at 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
