We are excited to announce Brian Crawford as our Homecoming Preacher!

Brian Crawford is the President of Mission Mississippi, a Christian organization dedicated to encouraging and demonstrating grace across racial and ethnic lines so communities throughout Mississippi can see tangible evidence of the Gospel.

Brian is also the founding pastor of City Light Church in downtown Vicksburg, an intentional multiethnic church he planted in 2016 alongside his wife, Candi, with a deep love for their city.

Outside of ministry, Brian spent over 21 years with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, serving in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Information Officer, Strategic Planner, Chief of Cybersecurity Engineering and Analysis, and Director of the Vicksburg Leadership Development Program. His career reflects a deep commitment to developing leaders, building healthy organizations, and stewarding complex systems with integrity.

Brian is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a degree in Computer Engineering and regularly writes, preaches, and speaks on Christian reconciliation and leadership. He and Candi live in Vicksburg with their two sons.
