💚 HEALING SHOULD BE WITHIN REACH 💚

So many people are carrying grief, stress, trauma, and everyday pressures without someone to talk to. The cost of getting support shouldn’t keep people from reaching out.

Amore Life Ministry, in partnership with Broken to Heal Women’s Center, is preparing to offer community support sessions for just $20 per person, per session.

This is one way we’re giving back—creating a welcoming space to be heard, find encouragement, and learn practical tools for life.

Our discussions will explore:

💚 Finding peace when life feels overwhelming
💚 Navigating grief, loss, and disappointment
💚 Building healthy boundaries and relationships
💚 Managing anger and emotional stress
💚 Rebuilding confidence after painful experiences

You don’t have to have everything together to take your first step toward healing.

WHERE’S MY TRIBE? 🙏🏽🏡✨

Where are the women who PRAY—the women with a real prayer life? Women who pray together, stand together, and keep making moves even while pressing through opposition.

I’m looking for my tribe of wealth builders. Women with motion and evidence of the work they’re putting in: buying land, building businesses, owning assets, strengthening their credit, and growing their savings.

And through it all, walking in INTEGRITY and CHARACTER. Keeping your word. Handling business honestly. Living the faith you speak about.

Everybody isn’t your tribe, and that’s okay. Find the women who share your values, challenge you to grow, and will pray and build alongside you.

2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.

4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

🔥 DAY 4 — 21 DAYS OF DECLARING PSALM 23 🔥

Today we declare Psalm 23:4 over our lives:

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me…”

Notice David said, “I WALK THROUGH.” He didn’t say I would live there, stay there, or die there.

Some of us are walking through valleys of disappointment, financial pressure, grief, heartbreak, uncertainty, family problems, or spiritual battles—but THE VALLEY IS NOT YOUR FINAL DESTINATION!

Today I declare:

I WILL NOT FEAR!
I WILL NOT QUIT!
I WILL NOT TURN BACK!
I WILL NOT ALLOW WHAT I SEE TO MAKE ME FORGET WHO IS WITH ME!

God is with me in the valley.
God is with me in the transition.
God is with me when I don’t understand.
God is with me when the road gets uncomfortable.

I AM WALKING THROUGH!

🙏🏽 Day 4 Prayer:

Father, today I refuse to allow fear to control my mind. Even when I cannot see what is ahead, I trust You. Walk with me through every valley. Protect my family, my mind, my health, my finances, my purpose, and everything connected to me. Give me courage to keep moving forward.

I declare that this valley will not destroy me. I’m coming THROUGH it stronger, wiser, and closer to You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏🏽

🌿 DAY 3 OF OUR 21-DAY PSALM 23 CHALLENGE 🌿

“He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.” — Psalm 23:3 (KJV)

Today, I declare RESTORATION!

God, restore the places in me that life tried to break. Restore my peace. Restore my joy. Restore my confidence. Restore my strength. Restore my faith. Restore my family. Restore my vision. Restore everything that became weak while I was trying to survive.

And Lord, lead me. I don’t want to keep walking down roads You never told me to take. Lead my decisions. Lead my relationships. Lead my business. Lead my family. Lead my finances. Lead my ministry. Lead me in the path of righteousness.

For the next 21 days, we’re not just reading Psalm 23—we’re declaring it over our lives.

🗣️ TODAY’S DECLARATION:

My soul is being restored.
My mind is being renewed.
My direction is becoming clear.
I will not be led by fear, pain, confusion, or my past.
The Lord is leading me, and I will follow His direction.
What was broken will not remain broken.
What was empty will be filled again.
What was lost will not define my future.
I AM BEING RESTORED!

🌿 HAPPY SUNDAY — THE 21-DAY PSALM 23 CHALLENGE 🌿

For the next 21 days, I challenge you to read, pray, and declare Psalm 23 over your life every single day.

Psalm 23 is more than a comforting passage. It speaks about provision, rest, restoration, direction, courage, protection, God’s presence, victory, anointing, overflow, goodness, mercy, and dwelling with God.

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
Declare: God is my source. I will not live with a mindset of lack. I trust my Shepherd to provide what I need and lead me where I need to go.

“He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.”
Declare: God is giving me rest and peace. I don’t have to live constantly anxious, worried, or overwhelmed. God can give me stillness even when everything around me is moving.

“He restoreth my soul.”
Declare: God is restoring me. My heart, mind, strength, joy, confidence, and hope can be renewed. What life drained from me does not have to define the rest of my life.

“He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.”
Declare: God, order my steps. Correct what needs correcting. Remove me from wrong paths and lead me into decisions, relationships, opportunities, and places that align with Your will.

“Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.”
Declare: I’m walking THROUGH this! The valley is not my permanent address. Fear will not control my decisions. Darkness does not mean God has left me.

“For thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.”
Declare: God is with me. His presence protects me, corrects me, guides me, and comforts me. I am never walking through a difficult season without my Shepherd.

“Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies.”
Declare: I don’t have to fight everybody. God can bless me right in the presence of opposition. What God has prepared for me does not require everybody’s approval.

“Thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.”
Declare: I am expecting overflow. Not just financially—overflowing peace, wisdom, strength, love, purpose, opportunities, and the grace to accomplish what God has called me to do.

“Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life.”
Declare: My past is not the only thing following me. GOODNESS AND MERCY are following me! 🙌🏽

“And I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.”
Declare: Above everything else, I want God. Not just His blessings. Not just His provision. Not just His protection. I want His presence.

🔥 FOR 21 DAYS — SPEAK PSALM 23.
Pray it in the morning.
Declare it over your family.
Speak it over your home.
Carry it into your business and workplace.
Remember it when fear tries to rise.

Watch how your mindset, faith, peace, decisions, and perspective begin coming into alignment with the Word of God.

The Lord is my Shepherd.
I shall not want.
I will not fear.
God is with me.
My soul is being restored.
My steps are being ordered.
My cup is running over.
Goodness and mercy are following me.

🕊️ HAPPY FREEDOM FRIDAY! 🕊️

Today I declare FREEDOM!

Freedom in our minds.
Freedom from bo***ge.
Freedom from lack and poverty thinking.
Freedom from old thoughts and old patterns.
Freedom from pain.
Freedom from depression and fear.
Freedom from heartbreak.
Freedom from the things that happened to us.
And sometimes, we need freedom from ourselves.

You can be walking around physically free and still be a prisoner in your own mind.

Some prisons don’t have bars.
Some chains can’t be seen.
Sometimes the prison is an old memory, an old relationship, fear of what might happen, unforgiveness, rejection, shame, or constantly replaying yesterday.

But the Word says:

“And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32

And 2 Corinthians 3:17 reminds us, “Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.”

So today, I refuse to be a prisoner to my past.
I refuse to let yesterday control today.
I refuse to allow fear to make my decisions.
I refuse to keep carrying what God is calling me to release.

I’m changing my thinking.
I’m breaking agreement with bo***ge.
I’m releasing the pain.
I’m forgiving.
I’m healing.
I’m moving forward.

I AM FREE.

And whom the Son sets free is free indeed! 🙌🏾

Today, give yourself permission to live again. Give yourself permission to smile again. Give yourself permission to dream again. Give yourself permission to become who God created you to be.

And if nobody has told you today…

❤️ I LOVE YOU.
❤️ YOU MATTER.
❤️ YOUR LIFE HAS PURPOSE.
❤️ AND YOU DESERVE TO EXPERIENCE FREEDOM.

Don’t become a prisoner to yourself.

Let’s be FREE today! 🕊️

Happy Monday 💚 A Prayer for Those Fighting Silent Battles

Father God, this morning we lift up every person who is silently battling depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, fear, grief, loneliness, and overwhelming circumstances.

Today, I want you to know: YOU ARE NOT ALONE.

If you feel like you’re losing the battle, please reach out to somebody. A family member, friend, counselor, pastor—or even someone you don’t know personally. Don’t sit alone carrying thoughts that are becoming too heavy. Reach out. Talk. Ask for prayer. Ask for help.

You can reach out to me as well. I will pray with you and encourage you.

🙏🏾 My prayer for you today:

Lord, give them peace in the middle of their storm. Quiet the fear. Strengthen the weary. Bring hope into places that have felt hopeless. Surround them with safe people who will listen, care, and help them take their next step.

Your Word declares, “No weapon formed against you shall prosper.” — Isaiah 54:17

Today we come out of agreement with lies, fear, hopelessness, shame, bitterness, and everything pulling us away from God. We renounce ungodly attachments and unhealthy soul ties. We surrender our own understanding and ask God for His wisdom and direction.

Father, search our hearts. Where we need to repent, help us turn back to You. Your Word says, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

This Monday, choose life. Choose hope. Choose to reach out. Your present storm does not have to become the end of your story.
