With less than 7 days remaining until Ramadan, it is time to start preparing for the arrival of this blessed month. We spend these days renewing our intentions, seeking forgiveness, and focusing on our connection with Allah (swt) & Quran. May Allah accept it from us.

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi rajiun.*

We are saddened to share that *Brother Atif Saeed*'s beloved mother passed away this evening.

We ask Allah (s.w.t) to grant her complete maghfirah, raise her ranks in Jannatul-Firdaws, and make her grave a garden from the gardens of Jannah.

May Allah (s.w.t) grant sabr jameel to Brother Atif Saeed and the entire family during this difficult time, and replace their loss with comfort and strength.

*Salat ul Janaza will be tomorrow, February 3rd, after Dhur salah (1:30 PM) at West Ens Islamic Center, followed by burial at Al Barzakh Cemetery (31058 Sadie Lane, Virginia 23047, USA).*

Due to unsafe and ICY conditions in the parking lot, the Masjid will not be holding Jummah prayer this week.

The safety of our community is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding.
