Have you ever wondered what God's voice sounds like? This Father's Day, we explored a powerful truth: God's voice carries a frequency that resonates with your spirit. Just like a newborn recognizes their father's voice and finds peace, you were created to hear and respond to the Father's gentle whisper.

In 1 Kings 22 and John 12, we see how crucial it is to discern God's voice among the noise. The world offers information, but only God's voice brings true wisdom and peace. His gentleness isn't weakness—it's power wrapped in love. He shapes without shaming, calls you by name, and says, "I'm right here. I love you."

This morning's baptisms reminded us that God declares over each of us: "This is my beloved child." You are worthy not because of what you've done, but because of what Jesus did. Will you tune your heart to hear His voice today?

Jr. and Sr. High Students . . . ESCAPE TO THE POINT tomorrow night (Wednesday, June 24)!

We meet at Trinity at 5:15p and travel to Escape Town Peoria. Our escape rooms start at 6pm. We will hang out for about an hour or so after the escape room and be back at Trinity by 8:30p

The cost for this event: $20 (payable to Trinity Church)

The noise always fills whatever space we give it. Our egos, fears, desires, and need for control create static that drowns out God's signal. Today, try something radical: create just two minutes of space. Pause. Listen. Ask, "Lord, is this You?"

THE POINT YOUTH MINISTRY CANCELLED FOR TONIGHT!

There is a fair chance of severe weather tonight including thunderstorms, tornados, strong winds, etc. Since that makes Disc Golf challenging, and I don’t want anyone to be driving in the midst of that kind of mess . . . we are going to cancel our meeting tonight. Please stay home and stay safe!

Can you hear me now? In a world drowning in information, podcasts, opinions, and 24/7 noise, God is asking us this very question. We consume more information in one day than an entire year's worth of newspapers from 1910. Yet are we hearing the ONE voice that matters most?

King Ahab had 400 prophets telling him what he wanted to hear, but he missed the singular voice of truth. Jehoshaphat recognized something was off and asked, "Is there not yet a prophet of the Lord here?" Sometimes the voice of God is the quietest, loneliest, and most uncomfortable—but it's the one that leads to life.

This week, create space for the signal. Just two minutes of stillness. Pay attention to the check in your spirit. You don't need 400 voices—you need THE voice. Discernment isn't about consuming more content; it's about hearing God clearly in the chaos.
