From the Pastor’s heart,

It is with great humility and sincerity, that I apologize. In Sunday’s message I misspoke, about Aquila and Priscilla. Yes, they were founding members of the church at Corinth, also tent makers. They were faithful aides to Paul, and the other Christians at Corinth. The problem came from me deviating from my notes…. with a thought that popped in my head. I confused Ananias and Sapphira, with Aquila and Priscilla. It was not Aquila and Priscilla that lied to the Holy Spirit, but rather Ananias and Sapphira.
Sunday nights message was about admitting when we are wrong, expressing humility and seeking forgiveness. I understand all of you weren’t there to hear that, thus the reason I post today. I wish I never made a mistake or ever misspoke, but that just not the case. The reality is when we do, we need to seek forgiveness. My Intent is to preach accurately the Word of God. So, I ask you to understand this was not intentional, but wrong regardless. Pray that I will continue to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit, and seek to follow His word as it states in II Timothy 4:2.
