Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church (WELS) Jerusalem has been privileged to serve Morton Grove and Chicagoland area Christians with the gospel of Jesus Christ since 1902.

Our congregation is a member of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod, a Lutheran church body headquartered in Milwaukee consisting of over 1,200 member congregations nationwide. Our congregation is committed to proclaiming the entire truth of God's Word as we find it without error in the Holy Scriptures. We invite everyone to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Chris

t" (2 Peter 3:18) through a faithful use of Word and Sacrament in worship, Bible study and personal, devotional use of the Bible. We would consider it an honor to have visitors join our family of faith. Communicant membership in our congregation is established by transfer from another Lutheran congregation within our fellowship or upon completion of an eight-lesson Bible Information Course taught by our pastor.

📣 WORSHIP SERIES THEME: SAY IT OUT LOUD

During the Season after Pentecost, we focus on the teachings of Christ and the encouragement for Christians in every vocation to boldly share God's truth.

God's Word is:
✨ Good for the soul
✨ Useful for daily life
✨ More reliable than anything else in this world

As we grow in faith together, we are reminded to be discerning of teachings that sound wise but are not grounded in God's Word. We also give thanks for faithful servants who proclaim the Gospel and for those who support their ministry.

🌊🏅 Dive-In / Game-On at Jerusalem Lutheran Bible Sports Camp! 🏅🌊

Get ready for an unforgettable week of faith, friendship, and fun at Jerusalem Lutheran Bible Sports Camp! This summer's exciting theme, "Dive-In / Game-On," invites children to jump into God's Word while enjoying action-packed games, sports, music, crafts, and activities.

Throughout the week, campers will dive into Bible stories, grow in their faith, learn more about our friend and Savior Jesus, build lasting friendships, and create memories that will stay with them long after camp ends. Whether your child loves sports, meeting new friends, or discovering more about God's love, there's something for everyone!

📅 Camp Dates: July 6–10 (Monday–Friday)

👧🧒 Who Can Attend: Incoming preschoolers (eligible for the 2026–2027 school year and potty trained) through incoming 8th graders

💲 Cost:
• Preschool: $50
• Kindergarten–8th Grade: $100
