During Sukkot, we traditionally welcome our ancestors and forebearers into our sukkah, honoring the stories and journeys that shaped who we are today. This year, join us on Wednesday, September 30 at 6:30pm for a special evening of storytelling with TBO member and author Jane Loeb Rubin as she shares the immigrant journey that inspired her Gilded Ages series.

Travel from the Lower East Side to the Catskills and discover one family’s immigrant story of resilience, determination, and belonging—a journey nearly derailed by the dangers of organized crime and the hatred of the Ku Klux Klan.

After the presentation, stay for light refreshments, meet Jane, and purchase signed copies of all four books in the series.

This event is being co-sponsored by the NCJW West Morris Section and Morristown Jewish Center.
