Amazing! We had so much fun at the first annual Community VBS! We averaged 40 kids each night and we all had fun singing songs, playing games, making crafts and eating those yummy refreshments. Most importantly we were able to teach 40 kids about who Jesus is and the love he has for them. I want to thank those from the Morristown Methodist Church, Faith Baptist Church, Gwynneville Christian Church and the Morristown Christian Church for the help that was provided to make it a great VBS.

Some of the ladies from church visited Ford’s Garage yesterday for lunch. We enjoyed a delicious meal and fellowship with one another❤️🇺🇸

🎶 Somebody Prayed 🎶

We had a great first night 42 kids and I lost count of the number of helpers. We all enjoyed songs, crafts, beach ball hockey, refreshments and Bible lessons.

It’s not too late to join us! Three more nights of fun!

Hello MCC! If you noticed in your bulletin this morning you received a VBS prayer calendar for the month of June. As Robin mentioned this morning, there is power in prayer! We’re asking that each day you take a few minutes to say a special prayer for the items listed for that day. Let’s pray for as many kids to be reached as we can! ❤️

Illumination Station VBS 2026 is coming to the Morristown Community!

This year, local churches are coming together to host a week of Bible stories, music, crafts, games, snacks, and prayer — all centered on the light of Jesus!

📅 June 29 – July 2, 2026
⏰ 6:15 PM – 7:45 PM each evening
📍 209 S. Washington St., Morristown, IN
🧒 Open to all children ages 2 through 5th grade
✅ Completely FREE — no ticket required!
