John E. Guns is the Senior Pastor of St. Paul Church of Jacksonville, Inc. which has become a hub of social ministry, feeding over 5,000 families a year and clothing countless others each year. Bishop Guns is the Founder of Operation Save Our Sons, a national movement designed to equip At-Risk boys while strengthen fathers. In 2021, Bishop Guns was announced as the new Dean of the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology at Virginia Union University (STVU).

Willie Dwayne Francois III is the Senior Pastor of Fountain Baptist Church in Summit, NJ and President of the Black Church Center for Justice and Equality. From 2020 to 2024, Francois gave oversight to the Master of Professional Studies Program and was Associate Professor of Liberation Theology at New York Theological Seminary. Francois’ pastoral activism is organized around racial equity, economic justice and radical criminal justice and education reforms. Nationally, as an antiracism curricula developer and educator, he has worked with Latinx, Black, Asian, and White Christian congregations looking to combat racism and frame their public faith with progressive advocacy.

Rev. Dr. Jerry M. Carter, Jr., a native of Columbus, Ohio, serves as the 14th Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church of Morristown, New Jersey. He is an anointed theologian dedicated to clear communication of the Word of God in proclamation and written forms. In addition to his own congregation, he has shared the Gospel as a highly sought-after revivalist, keynote speaker, lecturer, and mentor throughout the country.

Each year, Dr. Carter assembles some of the most prolific preachers, pastors, and scholars in the nation to teach and discuss topics relevant to modern preachers at this Spirit-filled, transformational, can't-miss conference.

Dr. Brown serves as Senior Pastor of the Shiloh Baptist Church in Plainfield, New Jersey. Additionally, she is a site supervisor in the Princeton Theological Seminary, New Brunswick Theological Seminary, and Pillar College Field Education Programs, has taught on the adjunct faculty of New York Theological Seminary, and served two terms on the Board of Trustees of New Brunswick Theological Seminary. In 2022, she was inducted into the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.
