During last week's Board meeting, we did discuss the use of the parking lot and would love for the community to know, if there is a need to leave your car/truck in the parking lot of the church when the flood waters are up on the road below the church, you are welcome to leave it in the Church's parking lot for the night.
* Please note that the Cemetery and the Church are not the same property. Please do not leave vehicles up at the cemetery or block access to the cemetery. Thank you.

The Board of Directors met this past Wednesday night. We did vote Bro Babe Martin in as our pastor. Please help us welcome Bro Babe as our official pastor of Brooklyn Church.
Join us this Sunday for a special service starting at 10:30am. Fellowship meal following the service.

Announcement concerning the use of the shelter during storms:

1.IF the church will be open for the use of a storm shelter, an Announcement will be made on Facebook for everyone to see and share. No need in messenging or questioning anyone. ** If it's not posted, it's not open. **
2. Most people work so therefore there is not always someone available to be there to have it open and there is no hidden key.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.

We will do our best to help when we are able. If you do not have a home church, we are currently open every Sunday morning. Sunday School is at 10am, worship at 11am. We are praying about adding a night service soon.
