Here at Eastgate, we desire to see the Kingdom of God come on Earth as it is in Heaven. This means where there is brokenness spiritually, emotionally, or physically; we lean on the mercy and goodness of the Great Physician to bring complete healing. Healing Rooms is a ministry where we set aside time to release faith-filled prayer over individuals to see the Holy Spirit bring healing and wholeness through His power.

Do you have a passion for sharing God’s love and The Gospel, or have you always wanted to share but didn’t know where to start? Join us as we go on a series of outreaches in Morgantown and Elverson on Thursdays, June 11, July 23, August 13, and September 10. We will start in the Eastgate Fellowship Hall at 6:30 p.m. We believe God will orchestrate divine appointments as we follow the Holy Spirit. Our inspiration comes from Romans 10:14-15 “But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them? 15 And how will anyone go and tell them without being sent? That is why the Scriptures say, “How beautiful are the feet of messengers who bring good news!”

Recently we’ve been learning about God’s heart for all of His children. It is not about our own righteousness or status, but our Father’s mercy through Christ. Jesus said: “I no longer call you servants…Instead, I have called you friends…”(John 15:15). Let’s take courage today that because of Jesus’ sacrifice, we have been gifted His Holy Spirit and may walk in oneness with Him!

This gathering happens on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month and is all about equipping the Body of Christ to live lives of extravagant worship and earnest intercession. This week we will focus on the Power of Praying in Tongues. We are honored to have Dave Hess with us this Sunday, May 17th at 10:30am sharing a message on Men and Women Leading Together.

Dave and his wife, Sheri, served as senior leaders of Christ Community Church, until May 2025. They now serve in a supportive role at CCC, while extending their ministry to other churches and leaders in central PA and beyond. Dave is the author of three books, Hope Beyond Reason, Hope Beyond Disappointment, and Side by Side: Women and Men Leading Together in the Church. Dave and Sheri are also a part of Eastgate’s oversight team. They are a blessing to us and so many others!

At Eastgate Church, we are part of a greater community and love partnering with local bodies of believers to see the Holy Spirit transform lives. Jesus ‘26 is a series of rallies, giving space for God to reveal Himself to Morgantown through live worship, Gospel proclamation, and prayer. This summer the theme verse is Colossians 3:3-4, that we may be reminded that we are hidden in Christ. Join us for rally nights from 5-9pm as we remember who God is, what He has done, and recognize His calling on the lives of His people.
June 20th, Eastgate will be leading worship - join us in lifting Jesus high!
