This Sunday we're talking about the gap between the guy everyone sees and the guy nobody does — and asking the question most of us would rather dodge: if nobody was watching, would you still be you?

Jephthah, Judges 11, and one seriously questionable vow — Wednesday night, we're diving in. 📖

Ever made a promise you really should have thought through first? Jephthah gets it. This week in our Adult Bible Study, we're tackling one of the most fascinating (and head-scratching) characters in the Book of Judges — a rejected son turned unlikely war hero who makes a vow that's had Bible scholars arguing for centuries.

Here's how the whole night flows at Pierpont Nazarene (52 Harner Run Rd.):

🙏 4:30pm — Devoted Prayer Time
🍽️ 5:30pm — All-Church Potluck (bring a dish, don't bring a dish, just bring yourself — there's always plenty)
📖 6:15–7:30pm — Adult Bible Study: Judges 11
🎉 6:30pm — Youth Group & Children's Ministry

Judges 10: Because apparently Israel still hasn’t learned their lesson…
Join us this Wednesday as we dive into Judges 10—where the Israelites once again find themselves in a mess of their own making, and God’s grace is still bigger than their rebellion. Come ready to laugh, learn, and maybe recognize a little of ourselves along the way!
And Wednesday night isn’t just Bible study—it’s a whole evening of food, prayer, fellowship, and growing together!
4:30 PM — “Devoted” Prayer Time
Come pray with us as we seek God together.
5:30 PM — All-Church Potluck

Turns out age has never been the thing that makes a man — something else has to actually change on the inside, and this Sunday we're finding out what. We're kicking off a brand new series, The Measure of a Man, with a true story involving a comic book collection, a PlayStation 2, and a lesson the speaker really wishes he'd learned sooner. Come find out the difference between what merely sustains you and what actually builds you — because spoiler: they're not the same thing.
