Fresh Harvest is hosting a new way to get in shape. Monday’s at 5:30 pm Debbie will instruct us in Cardio Drum Secessions. It is a fast paced workout with drum sticks. She is a certified instructor as well as dietitian and a lot of fun. The events are free but you will need to purchase the equipment. BUT we have a few sets to try it out. Come. Have fun and get healthy

This is for the easy-going and just beginning crowd. This is limited to normal difficulty and below. If you want a no-pressure experience then this is for you.
