New Covenant Lutheran held an installation service on 8/16/26 for our first full time Pastor-Pastor Andrew Weisner. Our church family is blessed to have Pastor Weisner as our interim Pastor since 5/12/24. Pastor Weisner has devoted his life to ministry, teaching others, and supporting Christian Community. These are photos from Pastor Weisner’s Installation Service at New Covenant Lutheran. Please come to our church at 10 am on Sundays to hear God’s Word and enjoy time with Christian friends. 215 Pete Brittain Road in the Salem area of Morganton.

We had a wonderful time Quilting for the NALC Disaster Response Team this past Tues. We would love to have folks drop by to see the quilts and talk to us while we Quilt. We also need helpers who can ties knots on the Quilt Squares, thread needles, or help layout Quilts for future sewing. Our doors are always open to visitors while we work. We also take donations of bed sheets and fabric you can share.

Our next Quilting Day is AUGUST 4th at 1:30 pm. Please call Debbie at 828-430-0175 if you have questions.

New Covenant celebrated their Ribbon Cutting Friday 6/26 with the Burke County Chamber of Commerce leading the Program. Here are pictures of the occasion to share with others. Come join us for worship on Sundays at 10am. Casual dress. All are welcomed at New Covenant Lutheran Church including young children. Jesus loves you and we do too.

Today New Covenant Lutheran, Morganton, NC officially called Pastor Andrew Weisner as our first Full Time Pastor. We feel blessed with his Leadership and Spiritual Guidance.
