Hello Fellow Daniel Boone RV Resort Camping Neighbors! Words cannot truly express mine and Sheri's feelings after our Pastors and Piano Player Appreciation held at Church At The Roost Sunday. Breakfast, worship and appreciation presentation made for a very special day in our lives. Christ's love is surely felt in this special little church. Our final service is next Sunday October 25. It's our annual Scarlet Thread Service, one like no other we've ever attended. Simply fellow believers sharing with each other. It is such a warm and loving way to close out our Roost 2026 camping season. We hope to see you there. And, as we say each day, You Are Loved! We Can't Wait For Sunday Morning!
Love in Christ, Pastor Jamey and Sheri

Hello Fellow Daniel Boone RV Resort Camping Neighbors! Well, the Good Lord is always willing, but the (Upper) Creek did rise and compelled us to cancel our service at Church At The Roost. We will always err to safety. Thankfully, it receded as the day progressed and didn't appear to cause any damage to property. I pray you were all safe through this event. So, my "It's Harvest Time!" message will now be next Sunday, October 18 which is also Pastors and Pianist Appreciation Day. I hope you and yours can join us for singing, fellowship and worship in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This will be my last service of 2026 preaching a message as our last church service will be Sunday, October 25 when we'll have our Scarlet Thread Service where all attendees walk away with a blessing. Put our services on your calendars and join us in His Name. Remember that You Are Loved and We Can't Wait For Sunday Morning! Love in Christ to all, Pastor Jamey

Hello Fellow Daniel Boone RV Resort Camping Neighbors! I hope all are faring well through the heavy rains today. Forecast calls for more throughout the night and winding down in the morning. If all holds well and the winds don't do damage tonight, we will stay on schedule for our weekly service and Children's Church at the Church At The Roost tomorrow morning at 10am. Stay safe and dry! Love in Christ, Pastor Jamey

ATTENTION FELLOW DANIEL BOONE RV RESORT CAMPING NEIGHBORS: We are watching the progress of Hurricane Isaias which forecasts currently predict a path similar to that of Helene. Much less rain and lower wind speeds than with Helene, but potential flooding and gusty winds could be troublesome for the Campground this weekend. Our Church At The Roost Board is watching this and will make a decision by Saturday afternoon regarding potential cancelation of this Sunday's service and advise via Facebook post here. Still on for now, but erring to safety for all. Praying the storm's impact is minimal. And prayers for everyone's safety. Love in Christ, Pastor Jamey

Hello Fellow Daniel Boone RV Resort Camping Neighbors! Fall has definitely arrived and I must admit, the relief from those sweltering summer days sure is refreshing. As the leaves now convert to those beautiful colors, may we be reminded of God's steady hand on His creation during these not so steady times. Be sure to join us this Sunday morning 10am at the Church At The Roost for singing, fellowship and my message "It's Harvest Time". Remember, You Are Loved! We Can't Wait For Sunday Morning! Hope to see you there. Love in Christ, Pastor Jamey
