In 2002 Pastor Shalea Adams became Director of the Lighthouse Outreach and the church was born six months later. Over the past many years the church has grown and become a place of community and fellowship where the love of God is shared through the power of the Holy Sp

irit and the message of the gospel of peace. Consequently, the church is an independent work able to both sustain and answer the call of God to go forth and preach the gospel and disciple those being saved. In 2019 Trinity changed its name to MyChurch Trinity and embarked on a new adventure...many of our leaders felt called to plant a church in North Carolina. We now have MyChurch Trinity-West Coast Ministries and MyChurch Trinity-East Coast Ministries.

Our Story

This church was planted out of the Lighthouse Outreach ministry. In 2002 Pastor Shalea Adams became Director of the Lighthouse Outreach and the church was born six months later. Over the past many years the church has grown and become a place of community and fellowship where the love of God is shared through the power of the Holy Spirit and the message of the gospel of peace. Consequently, the church is an independent work able to both sustain and answer the call of God to go forth and preach the gospel and disciple those being saved. In January 2007 the church transitioned from nondenominational to the Assemblies of God, one of the largest pentecostal denominations. This transition was motivated by a desire to become part of a missionary movement impacting the entire world. Now, the Lord has led us out of the Assemblies of God to become affiliated with the Church of God, Cleveland Tennessee. We are excited about this new step in the Holy Spirit and to honor this new work, we are changing our name to MyChurch Trinity.
