Psalm 90:14-17
“Fill us each morning with your constant love, so that we may sing and be glad all our life. Give us now as much happiness as the sadness you gave us during all our years of misery. Let us, your servants, see your mighty deeds; let our descendants see your glorious might. Lord our God, may your blessings be with us. Give us success in all we do!”

Moses composed this Psalm when, due to the people’s unbelief, they where literally living in the desert.

If you are going through difficult times, ask the Lord to have mercy on you, to restore your joy, and to prosper the works of your hands.

Pray this way: Father God, Fill us each morning with your constant love, so that we may sing and be glad all our life. Salmos 90:14-17
“¡Llénanos de tu misericordia al empezar el día, y todos nuestros días cantaremos y estaremos felices! ¡Danos la alegría que no tuvimos todo el tiempo que nos oprimiste, todos los años en que experimentamos el mal! ¡Haz que tus obras se manifiesten en tus siervos, y que tu gloria repose sobre sus hijos! Señor y Dios nuestro, ¡muéstranos tu bondad y confirma la obra de nuestras manos!”

Moisés compuso este Salmo cuando, por la incredulidad del pueblo, estaban viviendo literalmente en el desierto.

Si estás pasando tiempos difíciles, pide al Señor que tenga misericordia de ti, que te devuelva la alegría, que prospere las obras de tus manos.

Ora así: Padre Dios ¡lléname de tu misericordia al empezar este día, y cantaré toda mi vida de felicidad! ¡Dame la alegría que no tuve en todo este tiempo! ¡Haz que tus obras se manifiesten en mi, y que tu gloria repose sobre sus hijos!¡Muéstrame tu bondad y prospera la obra de mis manos!” Te lo pido en el Nombre de Jesús, amén.

“Teach us to realize the _brevity_ of life, so that we may grow in _wisdom_.”

Life passes so quickly that it is vitally important to seek and grow in heavenly wisdom so that your actions may produce lasting and transcendent fruits.

Pray this way: Father God, I understand that life is short, so reveal Your wisdom to me so that I can choose the best and reject what is bad; to focus on the eternal and not on what perishes. I ask this in the Name of Jesus, amen.

La vida pasa tan rápido que es importantísimo buscar y crecer en sabiduría celestial para que tus acciones produzcan frutos duraderos y trascendentes.

Ora así: Padre Dios, entiendo que la vida es corta y por eso revélame tu sabiduría; para elegir lo mejor, desechando lo malo; para enfocarme en lo eterno, no en lo que perece. Te lo pido en el nombre de Jesús, amén.

Luke 6:45
A good person speaks good things because there is goodness in his heart, and an evil person speaks evil things because there is evil in his heart. For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.

If you are filled with bitterness, anger, negative thoughts, and criticism, your words will not be good; they will not help others, and they will lead to your own ruin.

Change your way of thinking, and your life will be transformed. Fill yourself with the Word of God, meditate on it throughout the day, give thanks for what you have, and wait in faith for what you lack; in this way, you will attract blessings and edify those around you.

Pray like this: Father God, forgive me for my evil thoughts and words. I give You my heart so that my mind may be filled with Your Word, my lips may praise You, and I may have the strength for everything to go well for me. Amen.

San Lucas 6:45
El hombre bueno dice cosas buenas porque el bien está en su corazón, y el hombre malo dice cosas malas porque el mal está en su corazón. Pues de lo que abunda en su corazón habla su boca.

Si estás lleno de amargura, enojo, pensamientos negativos, crítica; tus palabras no serán buenas, no ayudarán a otros, y provocarán tu propia ruina.

Cambia tu manera de pensar y tu vida se transformará. Llénate de la Palabra de Dios, medita en ella durante el día, agradece por lo que tienes, espera con fe lo que te falta; así atraerás la bendición y edificarás a los que te rodean.

Ora así: Padre Dios, perdóname por mis pensamientos y palabras malas. Te entrego mi corazón para que mi mente sea llena de tu Palabra, mis labios te alaben, y tenga las fuerzas para que todo me salga bien. Amén.

Acts 9:3-6
“As he was approaching Damascus on this mission, a light from heaven suddenly shone down around him. He fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul! Saul! Why are you persecuting me?” “Who are you, Lord?” Saul asked. And the voice replied, “I am Jesus, the one you are persecuting!” Trembling with fear, he said: “Lord, what do you want me to do?””

Saul ceased being a persecutor of the church and became the apostle Paul, who would fill vast regions of the Roman Empire with the gospel.

His transformation happened for two reasons: first because he recognized Jesus as his “Lord”, the master of his life; second, because he immediately asked: “what do you want me to do?”

Imitate Saul, your life will also be transformed and you will bring good news to everyone around you.

Pray like this: Father God, I acknowledge Jesus as my Lord and I am willing to obey Him in everything He commands me. Amen.

Hechos 9:3-6
“En el camino, ya cerca de Damasco, un poderoso haz de luz que venía del cielo hizo rodar por tierra a Saulo, mientras oía una voz que le decía: «Saulo, Saulo, ¿por qué me persigues?» Y él contestó: «¿Quién eres, Señor?» Y la voz le dijo: «Yo soy Jesús, a quien tú persigues. Él, temblando de temor, dijo: “Señor, ¿qué quieres que yo haga?”

Saulo dejó ser perseguidor de la Iglesia para convertirse en el apóstol Pablo, quien llenaría del evangelio amplias regiones del imperio romano.

Su transformación se produjo por dos razones: primero porque reconoció a Jesús como su “Señor”, el amo de su vida; segundo porque inmediatamente preguntó: “¿qué quieres que haga?”

Imita a Saulo, tu vida también será transformada y llevarás buenas noticias a todos los que te rodean.

Ora así: Padre Dios, reconozco a Jesús como mi Señor y estoy dispuesto a obedecerlo en todo lo que me mande. Amén.

Psalm 63:1
“O God, you are my God; I earnestly search for you. My soul thirsts for you; my whole body longs for you in this parched and weary land where there is no water.”

Just as after only 3 days without water you would experience extreme thirst, dizziness and mental confusion, when your soul thirsts from God also shows its symptoms: irritation, anxiety, insecurity, fear, lack of wisdom and inner emptiness.

You need to take care of your body, but also drink from the Spirit of God, so that you may be like a spring of life that brings you well-being and makes you be a blessing to others.

Pray like this: Father God, give me to drink from Your Spirit, so that the thirst of my soul may be quenched, my strength renewed, I may have clarity to solve my conflicts, faith to move forward, joy to enjoy Your blessings, and hope for eternal life. I ask this in the Name of Jesus, amen.

Salmos 63:1
Tú eres mi Dios; de todo corazón te busco. Mi alma tiene sed de Ti; todo mi cuerpo te anhela en esta tierra reseca y agotada donde no hay agua.

Así como al cabo de solo 3 días sin tomar agua tendrías una sed extrema, sufrirías mareos y confusión mental, cuando tu alma tiene sed de Dios también muestra sus síntomas: irritación, ansiedad, inseguridad, temor, falta de sabiduría, vacío interior.

Necesitas cuidar tu cuerpo, pero también beber del Espíritu de Dios, para ser como un manantial de vida que te produzca bienestar y seas de bendición a los demás.

Ora así: Padre Dios, dame de beber de tu Espíritu, para que la sed de mi alma se sacie, se renueven mis fuerzas, tenga claridad para resolver conflictos, fe para avanzar, alegría para disfrutar tus bendiciones, esperanza de una vida eterna. Te lo pido en el Nombre de Jesús, amén.
