Families, don’t forget VBS starts tomorrow! In the meantime:

💒At Morehead First Church of God we know families are busy during the summer while trying to keep your kiddos meaningfully engaged and focused on Jesus.
👀We will post a Bible lesson activity for families about Jesus each week this summer.
🫶Please post pics if your family tries any of them!

This Sunday we wrap up our "Another Kingdom" series.

For the last several weeks we've talked about citizenship, the Kingdom of God, King Jesus, and what it means to live faithfully in a world that often feels difficult.

This week we come to the end of the story.
Not the end of the world.
The end of the story.

Because the Bible doesn't end with Babylon.
It doesn't end with evil winning.
It doesn't end with God's people barely hanging on.
It ends with the Lamb on the throne, worship around His throne, and the Kingdom in fullness.

Join us this Sunday as we look at the book of Revelation and discover why followers of Jesus can live with hope, confidence, and faithfulness today. See you at 10:45 AM!

Week dragging? Can’t wait for Sunday?
This is one of the best days of the week for our kids and youth! Drop off begins at 5:45 in the gym. Meal begins at 6:00. Pickup at 7:30. Fun and learning in between!
After you drop off your kids, stick around for our Prayer Room, a dedicated space to pray together. Join us in the prayer room at 6:30, located behind the sanctuary.

“He put a new song in my mouth, a hymn of praise to our God.” - Psalm 40:3

Sometimes the new song God gives us isn’t just a melody...it’s a testimony. A reminder that God is still faithful, still working, still worthy of our praise. This new song we sang on Sunday was a declaration, a simple but powerful truth: God has been, is, and will be faithful. He’s just that good.

Stop by the Tree of Life Cafe for a cup of coffee and a donut. Parents, make your way to the next steps table for kid check in or directions to check out our children’s church spaces including a staffed nursery. Come pray with us at 10:20 in the prayer room located behind the sanctuary. Worship gathering begins at 10:45. Come on over!
