Way of the Week #14 - GROW FAITH

Take advantage of every chance you have to form your faith – through Small Groups, classes, and personal study. Be a disciple and look to learn from those who know more of the Bible and Christian life than you do, then look for opportunities to share what you’ve gained with someone else.

This week find one chance every day to grow—whether it’s listening to an audio Bible during a commute or practicing a moment of silence before checking e-mails.

WE HAVE HAD A GOOD RESPONSE, THANK YOU! We have 6 students that have responded they are interested - 4 from our church, 3 from the community and 1 young adult who will be signing up. And there is still room for more! Training will begin later this summer.

JOIN OUR TECHNOLOGY TEAM!
The Technology Committee of First Presbyterian Church of Moorestown is in great need of live stream operators this summer and fall with three of our four techs graduating high school or in college. High schoolers, college students and adults encouraged to apply. We will train! We need operators for traditional and contemporary services as well as funerals and weddings. This is a paid position.

MUSIC MONDAY!

All at FPC Moorestown are looking forward to welcoming Lauren Fittipaldi in early August! As Directory of Youth and Worship Arts, Lauren will be directing our Primary Choir as well as co-directing our Junior Choir. In addition to her FPC Moorestown Choir leadership, she will be collaborating with the Music Ministry in bringing music to other communities and populations within and outside of our church. Lauren and Spencer Domer make a dynamic Music Ministry team!

CONCLUDING OUR SPRING PRAYER RETREAT AT HOLY CROSS MONASTERY
This week, our group has prayed Centering Prayer, alone and together. I'm filled with gratitude for the grace I've once again found and received here. I'm deeply drawn to the gift of Centering Prayer and the fruits that come to me from the Holy Spirit. "So let us get rid of the works [and the voices] of darkness that harm us.
