We will be having VBS in a few weeks....July 9th-11th. Saddle Ridge Ranch. The fun starts Friday night with a pizza supper and then continues all day Saturday and winding up Sunday morning. We would love to have a bunch of kids-PreK-6th grade to join us for a weekend of crafts, fun, fellowship, and most importantly learning about Jesus!!

Word Changers....Our church has been sponsoring a group this week, with our Youth doing the leg work. They have had a wonderful experience to date. Great food, fellowship, and mostly work for the Lord. Many adults have pitched in to help with preparation and delivery!! We are so blessed to have Youth that want to serve God!! Thanks to Emily and Brandon for all the prep work!

The youth group has made it safely home! They are tired and sunburned, but had an amazing time growing closer to God. =)

Please keep our youth group in your prayers this week. They will be leaving for SudentLife 2010 camp this Friday. Pray for safety in traveling and mostly for their time of spiritual renewal. Oh yes, and pray for the chaperones as well!!

Join us tomorrow for Graduation Recognition. Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m. then at the 10:30 a.m. service we will recognize our graduates and celebrate with a fellowship luncheon after the service. If you don't have a church home, you are welcome to be a part of ours!!

Youth fund raiser tomorrow at Advance Auto Parts on Andrew Jackson Drive. 8:00a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Money raised will go toward summer camp coming up in June. We need all the support we can get. Please come and get your car washed tomorrow...we will look forward to washing A LOT of cars!!

Ladies Bible Study started this evening. "Bad Girls of the Bible". Not too late to join the group. Tuesday evenings 7:00p.m. at the Parker house. Would love to have a house full of ladies sharing God's word!!

Youth Fundraiser this Saturday, April 17th starting at 8:00a.m. The youth will be at Star Market in Five Points selling Krispy Kreme donuts until noon!!! Please help them raise money for summer camp! See you there. :o)
