Look for our float in the parade today as we will be handing out bottles of cold water all along the parade route. We also will have a free water and lemonade station at the church so please stop by and say hello as you find your favorite spot to set up to watch the parade. It looks to be another hot and humid day so please stay hydrated!

We’re out this morning for the Mooreland yard sale day with a free cold bottle of water if you want one. We have some odds and ends for sale…most items are only $1. As always, if you’re looking for a church home, give us a try.

SCC family: I think it's safe to say that we live in a world of existential angst - it seems that many people just don't know who they are anymore! That shouldn't be the situation with us, though - and scripture has a lot to say about how to make the distinction and figure it out. Come join me Sunday as we talk about it and consider who we REALLY are in contrast to the world around us. See ya!

Have you you ever felt like the world you're living in is, well, getting the best of you? Like you just can't seem to win over all its opposition and trouble? If so, welcome to the club! Feeling like that is our common experience. Don't despair, though - there is victory in our Lord!

Come to church service tomorrow at 10:30 and learn how he has conquered the world, and how we conquer the world through him.
