This Sunday at BVC, we’re stepping into something new!

As we gather on Labor Day Weekend, we’ll celebrate First Sunday Communion together and begin our brand-new vision series:

MADE FOR MORE

We believe every person was created by God for more. More than just getting through life. More than going through the motions. You were made for purpose, transformation, community, and a life that makes an impact.

Over the next several weeks, we’re going to unpack what it means to live the vision God has given us as a church and discover how YOU are part of it.

🔥 RELAUNCH WEEKEND AT BVC! 🔥

What a great weekend as we relaunched both our Men’s and Women’s Ministries at Believers Victory Center!

Our men gathered Saturday for tacos, fellowship, and to hear the vision for FORGE Men. Then Sunday evening, our women came together for an incredible time of a beautiful brunch, connection and fellowship.

We believe strong churches are built through strong relationships. This is more than events on a calendar. It’s about growing together, encouraging one another, and becoming who God has called us to be.

We’re excited about what’s ahead for both ministries this fall!

Father, today we lift up every student heading back to school this fall.

Go before them into every classroom, hallway, campus, and school. Give them peace where there is anxiety, confidence where there is uncertainty, and courage when they feel afraid or alone.

Lord, protect them physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Guard their hearts and minds. Surround them with good friends and place teachers, coaches, and leaders in their lives who will encourage them and help them grow.

Give our students wisdom to make good decisions and strength to stand for what is right, even when it is not popular. Remind them that their identity is not found in grades, popularity, sports, or the opinions of others. Their identity is found in You.

Bless every teacher, administrator, bus driver, counselor, coach, and staff member. Give them patience, wisdom, compassion, and strength for the year ahead.

And Lord, let our students be a light. Let them carry Your love into their schools. Use them to encourage the lonely, stand beside the hurting, show kindness to the overlooked, and boldly live out their faith.

We declare this school year covered by Your grace, guided by Your wisdom, and protected by Your hand.

May our students grow not only in knowledge, but in character, faith, wisdom, and purpose.

Go before them, walk beside them, and remind them every day that they are never alone.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
