a year ago, this sweet boy changed everything. this was the delivery where i came into my own as a birth attendant. 👶🏽 hanna and i were on the night shift and labored for hours with this young mum, and then were able to do the delivery all by ourselves as the local midwife watched. i delivered this boy through the cord around his neck, slipped it over his shoulders and put him on his mamas belly. 🤱🏻

We were able to get out to the beach (a 10 minute walk from the apartment we do our work at) for an afternoon before we had to start working exclusively at our own apartments. Hey friends! I'm heading down to Texas as a missionary NEXT WEEK! I'm very excited for what God is doing in Corpus Christi and that I get to be part of it!

I know that not everybody is in a position that they can or want to partner with me financially each month, but here's an opportunity to invest in to what I'm doing in a really practical way!

time with her is good for my soul. i always use our friendship as an example of the kindness and intentionality of the Lord— i met this canadian/californian in panamá and she married a man from 30 minutes away from my hometown. who but God could have orchestrated that? 💜 this trip was filled to the brim with all the baby snuggles, coffee, worship, tea, and quite a bit of spit-up. and it was all just perfect. thank you for inviting me into your little family.

i’m so thankful for her friendship & that i get to do life with her for a long while. i didn’t know that i needed someone like her to help me start the Bible department at CCTX, but God did. praise God.
