The First Presbyterian Lenten Study will be over Dr. Catherine Meeks' Book of Meditation: The Night is Long but Light Comes in the Morning.
The first meeting will be this Wednesday, February 22, 2023 after a brief 6 pm Ash Wednesday Service. Here, Dr. Meeks (and her work with the Absalom Jones Center for Racial Healing) will be discussed and the literature will be distributed. There is a meditation for every day of the Lenten period, so participants will be asked to read on entry a day.
