FAMILY,
July is considered the month when many people take vacations. It is also the season when we anticipate class reunions and family reunions.
What a privilege and a pleasure it is for us to meet every week in the House of Prayer to worship the one true and living God.
Truly, we gather to enjoy both physical and spiritual food for our souls. We rejoice as we see one another, embrace the necks of our family and friends, and engage in wonderful fellowship.
Yet today, there is an even greater gathering that we eagerly anticipate—the glorious return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 (KJV)
"For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."
Family, may we remain faithful, watchful, and ready for that glorious reunion with our Savior. What a day of rejoicing that will be!

FAMILY,
LET US TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EVERY OPPORTUNITY WE ARE GIVEN TO PRAY, AND TO SEEK THE LORD FOR THE INDWELLING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

TO ASK FOR WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTANDING, AND CLARITY OF MIND.

LET US ALSO PRAY FOR BOLDNESS TO DECLARE AND DECREE DELIVERANCE FOR THOSE WHO ARE HELD CAPTIVE BY ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, FEAR, AND THE LIES OF SATAN.

TO GOD BE THE GLORY FOR THE POWER OF THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST THAT WAS SHED FOR OUR SINS. THANK YOU, LORD, BECAUSE YOU ROSE FROM THE GRAVE WITH ALL POWER IN HEAVEN AND ON EARTH.

BECAUSE OF CHRIST'S VICTORY, WE NOW HAVE ABUNDANT AND ETERNAL LIFE. WE ARE NOT SHAKEN BY THE TRIALS OF THIS WORLD, BECAUSE THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER IS THIS: WE POSSESS SOMETHING THAT THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS CAN NEVER EXPERIENCE—THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS, FAULTS, AND SHORTCOMINGS.

1 John 1:8-9 KJV

"If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

FAMILY, MAY WE NEVER TAKE GOD'S GRACE, MERCY, AND FORGIVENESS FOR GRANTED. INSTEAD, LET US WALK HUMBLY BEFORE HIM, CONFESSING OUR SINS, TRUSTING HIS PROMISES, AND REJOICING IN THE VICTORY THAT WE HAVE THROUGH CHRIST JESUS OUR LORD.

FAMILY,
THERE'S ANOTHER POPULAR SAYING: "YOU ONLY GET ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A GOOD IMPRESSION."

IN SOME INSTANCES, THAT MAY BE TRUE IN THE WORLDS OF AUDITIONING, BRANDING, MARKETING, AND ADVERTISING.
HOWEVER, IMPRESSING PEOPLE CAN BE TEMPORARY.

TRULY, IT IS FAR MORE IMPACTFUL TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LIVES OF PEOPLE WHEN GOD GIVES US AN OPPORTUNITY TO TESTIFY OF HOW WE MADE IT THROUGH TOUGH TRIALS, TRAGEDIES, AND TRIBULATIONS.

FAMILY,
LET US BE BOLD ENOUGH TO DECLARE:

"I NEVER WOULD HAVE MADE IT WITHOUT CHRIST!"

IT IS ONLY BY THE LOVE, GRACE, AND MERCY OF CHRIST THAT WE ARE STILL HERE TODAY.
WHEN OTHERS SEE THE FAITHFULNESS OF GOD ON DISPLAY THROUGH OUR TESTIMONY, THEY TOO CAN FIND HOPE, STRENGTH, AND ENCOURAGEMENT TO KEEP PRESSING FORWARD.

1 Peter 3:15 KJV
but sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and BE READY ALWAYS to GIVE an ANSWER to EVERY man that asketh you a reason of the HOPE that is in you with meekness and fear:

TODAY, WE ARE AT THE THRESHOLD OF THE 250 YEAR CELEBRATION OF THE BIRTH OF THESE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
THROUGHOUT THIS NATION, MANY PEOPLE ARE EAGERLY ANTICIPATING THE VARIOUS FIREWORK DISPLAYS THAT WILL LIGHT UP THE SKY IN CITIES AND COMMUNITIES EVERYWHERE.

FAMILY,
IT IS MORE IMPORTANT
THAT WE CELEBRATE EVERYDAY
THE REBIRTH OF OUR SIN SICK SOULS,
THAT WAS DESTINED FOR HELL, "THAT WAS CREATED FOR THE DEVIL AND HIS ANGELS."
TODAY, WE REJOICE
BY LIFT UP OUR HEADS, HANDS AND HEARTS UNTO OUR SAVIOR JESUS CHRIST.
THE ONE WHO RESCUE US FROM DEATH, HELL AND GRAVE.
LET US REMEMBER OUR GREATEST REASON TO REJOICE IS NOT IN EARTHLY CELEBRATIONS, BUT IN THE GLORIOUS TRUTH THAT OUR NAMES ARE WRITTEN IN HEAVEN.

But don’t rejoice because evil spirits obey you; REJOICE because YOUR NAMES are registered in HEAVEN.”
At that same time Jesus was filled with the JOY of the HOLY SPIRIT, and he said,
