Metropolitan United Methodist Church is grateful to ASU Wesley for inviting us to serve and connect with students at Alabama State University.
We had a wonderful time popping popcorn, meeting students, sharing smiles, and simply being present on campus. But the most powerful moment was seeing so many students make the decision to give their lives to Christ. 🙌🏾
We believe the church must be present wherever people are—especially with young adults who are discovering their purpose, building their future, and asking some of life’s biggest questions.
For many of us, our relationship with Christ during our college years gave us strength, direction, community, and hope. We are thankful for ministries like ASU Wesley that continue creating space for students to know Jesus and grow in faith.
Metropolitan is blessed to serve beyond the walls of our church and to remind the next generation that God sees them, God loves them, and God has a purpose for their lives.
Thank you, ASU Wesley, for allowing Metropolitan to serve alongside you. ❤️🍿🙏🏾
