🛡️ What an incredible Team Kids night! ✝️

Tonight we learned about the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness from Ephesians 6:14.

Our Team Kids decorated their Armor of God shirts, created their own belts of truth, learned how God’s truth and righteousness protect our hearts, and had lots of laughs together along the way!

We also took time to celebrate Matthew’s birthday! 🥳 We hope you have a wonderful birthday and know how loved you are by your church family.

📖 “Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness.”
— Ephesians 6:14

Thank you to all of our Team Kids and families for another amazing Wednesday night. We are so thankful for each one of these children and can’t wait to continue our Armor of God adventure together next week!

Tonight at 6:00 PM, Team Kids will be learning about the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness as we continue our Armor of God series! 🛡️📖

We’ll enjoy hot dogs together before class, and we’ll also be celebrating Matthew’s birthday a little early since his birthday is on Friday! 🎉🌭🎂

Such a fun night, thank you Jimmy! We missed everyone who couldn’t make it.

Each of the kids wrote a sin on a ball, we then played a friendly game of dodge ball with those balls. I added a shield for the second round and the kids got to see that having a shield helped protect them from the balls.

🛡️ Team Kids – This Wednesday Night! 🛡️

Join us this Wednesday at 6:00 PM as Team Kids continues our Armor of God series by learning about the Shield of Faith!

We’ll enjoy a delicious Chick-fil-A dinner, take a deeper dive into what it means to stand firm in faith, and then put our lesson into action with an exciting game! The kids will use their shields to dodge the “fiery darts” of sin and temptation while working together to see who can defend themselves the best.

To make the game even more exciting, Jimmy and the youth group will be joining us for this special activity!

Our memory verse this week is:

We can’t wait to see everyone for a night of fun, fellowship, great food, and learning how faith protects us every day. See you Wednesday!

Sunday School starts at 9:00 AM! Danny and Tommy will be teaching about God’s promises to Abraham. Join us for delicious muffins, fellowship, and a fun morning of learning God’s Word together!

If your child needs transportation, please let us know—we’re happy to help. We can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow! 💙

Good morning, Team Kids families! ☀️

I hope everyone is having a wonderful week!

Please let me know if your child will be attending Team Kids tonight so I can order enough pizza for everyone.

If your child needs transportation to or from church, please let me know as soon as possible so I can help coordinate rides. We’re blessed to have a church family that loves helping one another!

We also have a Team Kids group message where we share reminders, announcements, upcoming events, and ways to stay connected. If you’d like to be added, just let me know and I’d be happy to include you.

I’m so excited to see everyone tonight! We’ll enjoy pizza, continue learning about the Armor of God, spend time in God’s Word together, and have lots of fun. Thank you for allowing us to partner with your family as we help your children grow in their faith.

Join us this Wednesday at 6:00 PM for pizza and an exciting evening as we continue our journey through the Armor of God!

This week, Team Kids will discover how to use the Sword of the Spirit—God’s Word (Ephesians 6:17). Team Kids will learn how God’s Word helps them stand strong in their faith.

We can’t wait to see you there! Bring a friend and come ready for a great night of food, fun, and learning God’s Word!
