🌟 Team Kids Families! (Kindergarten- 6th Grade) 🌟

We have such a FUN holiday season ahead, and what better time to add a little extra excitement to Team Kids?! 🎉

Starting this Wednesday night, our Kindergarten–6th Grade Team Kids will have the opportunity to earn stars, collect coupons, and shop at our very own Team Kids Store! 🛍️⭐

My prayer and goal with this new reward system is to encourage, recognize, and celebrate ALL of our amazing kids! We have such a wonderful group, and I want each child to feel proud of their hard work, participation, and spiritual growth. ❤️

🌟 Here’s How It Will Work!

Each child will have opportunities to earn stars on Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings for:

• ⛪ Coming to church
• 👯 Bringing a friend
• ❤️ Being respectful and participating
• 🙏 Living out what they’ve learned
• 📖 Knowing their memory verse OR being able to find it in their Bible independently

🛍️ Team Kids Store

Every quarter, we will open our Team Kids Store! The children will be able to use the stars they’ve earned to “purchase” fun goodies and prizes. The more stars they earn and save, the more shopping opportunities they’ll have!

🎟️ Every 20 Stars = A Special Coupon!

I also want the kids to have something exciting to work toward in the short term rather than waiting an entire quarter to be rewarded.

Every time a child earns 20 stars, they will receive a special coupon! The best part? They get to KEEP their stars and continue saving them for the Team Kids Store! Their coupon is simply an extra reward for their hard work!

Each coupon can be redeemed for ONE of two options:

🎁 A Gift Card

OR

🍿 Lunch & a Fun Outing! This could be a movie, bowling, or another fun adventure! The children choosing this option will vote as a group to decide where we eat and what activity we enjoy together.

My hope is that this gives every child something to look forward to while encouraging attendance, kindness, participation, learning God’s Word, and putting those lessons into action!

We are kicking everything off THIS WEDNESDAY NIGHT as we begin decorating our pumpkins for our contest! 🎃

Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions, concerns, or suggestions. I’m so excited to see the kids have fun, encourage one another, and work toward their goals!

Most importantly, I want our children to know that their efforts matter, their growth is worth celebrating, and they are loved! ❤️

🌈 AFTER THE STORM COMES A RAINBOW! 🌈

☀️ Our Picnic is FULL SPEED AHEAD! 🧺🍂

We are so excited for a fun afternoon of food, fellowship, and fun with our children!

📍 Location: Elton Dean Park

⛪ Sunday’s Schedule:

9:00 AM – Sunday School
10:15 AM – Worship Service
Following Worship – The Lord’s Supper and Church Business Meeting
Around 12:00 PM – Load up the church van and head to Elton Dean Park
Around 2:00 PM – Picnic wraps up

🥪 What’s for Lunch?
The church will be providing Publix platters with delicious sandwiches and chicken fingers for everyone to enjoy!

🚐 Transportation & Pick-Up:
If your child is attending but you are unable to join us, no worries! You are welcome to pick them up at Elton Dean Park, or we can arrange to drop them off at home. Just please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure everyone has a safe ride home!

🎃 IT’S PUMPKIN DECORATING TIME! 🎨🍂

We’re adding a little friendly competition to our Wednesday nights! Each child will get the chance to show off their creativity in our Pumpkin Decorating Contest!

🎨 October 14 — Let the decorating begin!
✨ October 21 — Finish those masterpieces!

🏆 We’ll have TWO WINNERS!
🍁 One winner from 3YO–K5
🍁 One winner from 1st–6th Grade

Our pumpkins will be judged by the Knowing and Growing Sunday School Class. 👀🎃

We’ll provide the pumpkins and decorating supplies, but if your child has a special idea that requires particular supplies, feel free to send them! All pumpkins must be decorated at church.

We can’t wait to see what these creative kiddos come up with! 🎃🧡 Be creative, have fun, and may the best pumpkins win! 🏆🍂

The “-cember” months are right around the corner, and we know this time of year can get busy for everyone! Between school, holidays, family gatherings, and all the fun in between, calendars fill up FAST! ❤️

Team Kids! 💙

Tonight we’re learning about Isaac in Genesis 24 and how God answers prayers! 🙏

We’re also going to take a deeper dive into “building” our prayers and learn how we can talk to God with confidence and purpose. 🧱🙏

Please let me know if your child will be joining us tonight and if they need transportation.
