The process of discipline may be painful in the present, but it eventually produces the peaceful fruit of righteousness in those who have been trained by it. It is crucial to acknowledge that trials and seasons are integral to God's plan, rather than our own. By yielding to God's will, we can traverse life's hills and valleys, ultimately receiving blessings, whereas attempting to control our circumstances will only lead to thorns and thistles.
