It’s that time again. We are moving forward with spring. On Saturday night clocks are to turned one hour ahead. If forgotten to do so, you will be one hour late for service on Sunday.

As we celebrate the gift of an extra hour of daylight through Daylight Saving Time, we're reminded of God's blinding light and how it illuminates the Bible.

We have launched our 24-hour Lenten Prayer Vigil, and we will be covering our community in prayer over the next day, with individuals and groups taking turns to pray. You are invited to join in from wherever you are. Stop for a moment to pray for someone or something that concerns you, speak aloud a praise for the Lord's intervention in your life, or simply read your Bible. May the Lord bless you this Lenten season.

Yummy!!

It's time to eat the best pancakes EVER while giving back to your Montesano community! Join us for the 116th Annual All Day Pancakes at St. Mark's Episcopal church on Shrove Tuesday (February 17th). All proceeds go directly back into the families of Montesano through the Montesano Ministerial Benevolence Fund.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of former Grays Harbor County Sheriff Michael Whelan who passed away in Montesano on January 27, 2026, due to an unexpected medical event. Sheriff Whelan was a dedicated member of our law enforcement family and the community he served. He was hired at the Sheriff’s Office in 1977 as a deputy sheriff. He held several ranks and served in many different roles during his 35-year career at the Sheriff’s Office. He was elected as Grays Harbor County Sheriff in 1999 and retired on September 30, 2012 as Sheriff.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends!

A service to celebrate Michael’s life will be held on:
