ELECTION COUNTDOWN THOUGHTS FOR CHRISTIANS...
A prayer for the "moment" we are in... thoughts on how a Christian should respond to the election countdown to November 4
First, let us pray...
"O High King of heaven
Have mercy on our land
Revive your church
Send the Holy Spirit
For the sake of your children
May your kingdom come to our nation
In Jesus' mighty name. Amen."
Priorities. We are seated in Christ in heavenly places with a Mandate and a Key. The Mandate is intercession and the key is the authority to 'bind' and 'lose' - restraining or releasing on earth what has already been restrained or released in heaven.
The weight of a good election is upon us as CHRISTIANS. Assuming his words to us are true, we have NO OTHER avenue of thought or action.
Restrain the forces of darkness at work...
Restrain all efforts towards dishonesty or fraud
Restrain all lying spirits
Release a wakeup call to believers
Release a spirit of intercession
Release a wakeup call to the lethargic
This is a TRUMPET CALL to all who name the name of Jesus to wake up to persistent intercession (the Prayer above) , to bold declaration (6 statements above), and to move into a place of hope for our nation.
'if my people, humble themselves and pray... I will hear from heaven... (2 Chron 7.14)
Rise up into an ACTIVE faith that WORKS... aligned with the Holy Spirit.
Make this a movement...as we commit this election countdown a season of obedience.
