Today I went on a 4 mile hike with my husband. I had back surgery April 22 2019 i had 3 tiers 3 disc removed and titanium but in its place. Today August 3rd 2020 I persevered and made this hike. God is good. Nothing is impossible when u wait on ☝️His time. Today was more than that . My husband and I have been have some marriage trials and today I made this accomplishments with him and we persevered together. God knew I would need this day and his plan is perfect. We must have pain to grow in Him and in ourselves.

To all of you who need to go into the hospital for your illness during this covid 19 I'm reminded of a Psalm 55:22 Cast your burden on to the Lord and he will sustain you; he will NEVER allow the righteous to be shaken... Dont fear the covid. cast all your burdens to him he will cover u. Be safe everyone.
