We send our prayers and strength to the Islamic Center of San Diego and to our local Muslim friends and neighbors following the deadly shooting earlier today.

None of us should ever feel unsafe in our religious institutions. May the memory of those lost in this horrific attack be a blessing to their families and community. May we continue to work for a world where all of us can experience true safety.
