Central Presbyterian Church is one of Montclair’s oldest churches, founded in 1837 as The Presbyterian Church of West Bloomfield. The present building was dedicated in 1922. Members of Central Presbyterian Church come from five continents and several island nations. The founders of our Church in 1837 might never have imagined a church family as diverse as we are. A wonderful day of giving back! 🎒❤️

This week more than 50 backpacks filled with school supplies were donated to United Way to help local kids start the school year ready to learn.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and to Liz Burkland and Emma Justice who helped deliver the backpacks and make sure they reached the families who need them.

We’re especially grateful to our Central Presbyterian Church of Montclair community for your generosity and support. This wouldn’t have been possible without so many people coming together to make a difference! 💙📚✏️
