Saw this this morning and thought it was great to contemplate ---
Don’t you wish we could see the cost of our choices as clearly as a price tag on items in a store?
If I know how much something will cost me, I make wiser choices. We have an enemy who schemes against us to keep the cost of dumb decisions concealed.
Satan’s schemes are specifically targeted to do three things:
1. Increase our desire for something outside the will of God.
2. Make us think giving into a weakness is no big deal.
3. Minimize our ability to think through the consequences of a temptation.
Satan is a master of keeping that cost hidden until it’s too late.

Think how different life might be if we paused and asked this crucial question: How much will this choice really cost me?
