Your $45 application fee includes:
● Food card for concessions
● Complimentary camp t-shirt
● Background check fee

Please complete the ENTIRE 3-PART PROCESS:
● Online application and pay fee
● Download and complete background consent/pastor approval form; email to [email protected]
● Read child abuse prevention material and take test

● YOU ARE NOT A REGISTERED WORKER UNTIL THE ENTIRE 3-PART PROCESS IS COMPLETE

**There will be NO ON-SITE worker registration**

2023 Crusader Camp Worker Info:
1) Please complete worker registration: (deans/matrons do not need to complete both registrations - ONLY the dean/matron application)

2) Review the 2023 Child Abuse Prevention Study Material (currently being updated - keep an eye out for the updated study material)

3) Take the 2023 Child Abuse Prevention Test (password: 2023test)

4) Complete the 2023 Worker Medical/Background/Pastoral Consent Form (your form will not be accepted without YOUR signature & PASTOR's signature) -- This form can be mailed or emailed to [email protected] (please make sure your picture is clear if emailed).

*We will send an email with approvals/times/dates closer to June 1!

You will receive your official Work Assignment at Worker Orientation (Monday, June 12th).
