JUST THINKING...Decisions, even when simple can be very stressful. I remember taking my grandkids to the store and asking them what piece of candy they wanted. They would look and look and ponder over each piece and get so stressed about it. Then I would get stressed just waiting for their decision. So in our spiritual life I believe it does help with the stress to ask the Lord for guidance, even in the simple things. So take a deep breath and let Jesus help you with every decision no matter how big or small. Blessings! Dr. Jan
