WOMEN… ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP IN YOUR RECOVERY?

A new Women’s Journey Begins Step Study starts this Wednesday, October 21 at 6:30 PM!

Coming to Celebrate Recovery is an incredible beginning… but there comes a point when we have to be willing to go deeper.

A Step Study gives you the opportunity to slow down and work through the 8 Recovery Principles and 12 Steps in a safe, confidential group with other women.

It’s where we begin looking beneath the surface.

Where we identify patterns we may have carried for years.

Where we deal with hurts we thought we had buried.

Where we learn to take responsibility for the things we can change… and surrender the things we can’t.

And most importantly, it’s where we invite Jesus into the places we’ve tried to heal on our own.

You don’t have to have everything figured out before you start.

You don’t have to be “far enough” into recovery.

You just have to be willing to take the next step.

Maybe this is your step. ❤️

Will November be your starting point? Check in and normalize healing from your hurts, hangups and habits? If not now, then when?

Celebrate Recovery was EPIC last night! One young man received his chip celebrating 10 years free from drugs! Another rode his bicycle to CR, declaring, “I’ve got to start somewhere.” And CR Southside was his starting point! ❤️

A heartfelt thank-you to True Vine Baptist Church’s Women of Victory for serving a delicious supper to our attendees! Thank you for showing God’s love through your service! 🍽️💜

Then, when I learned what you all were doing across the street at Legions Park… praying for our children…what a beautiful picture of God moving on the Southside! Hope, healing, fellowship, and new beginnings—all coming together!
YES WE CAN!
Our God answers prayers! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
