Apparently, there are some things that can divide a church… like how you pronounce crayon. 😂🖍️

But thankfully, there’s one thing we can ALL agree on: we love our church, we love our children, and we love Jesus. ❤️

Rally Day & Blessing of the Backpacks was such a sweet reminder of what happens when our church family comes together. Our Children’s Ministry is growing, and that is something worth celebrating! 🎉 More children means more opportunities to love, serve, teach, encourage, and point little hearts toward Jesus.

It was also such a beautiful bridge between our preschool ministry and our church family — bringing together the children, families, teachers, and congregation who make up so much of the heart of our church. We are so thankful for the opportunity to grow together. 🥰

And as many of our children and teachers begin a brand-new school year today, we are praying over them. 🙏🏼

Praying for our children — that they would feel loved, confident, encouraged, and safe.
Praying for our teachers — for patience, wisdom, strength, and joy.
Praying for our schools — for the administrators, staff, families, and every classroom across our community.

May this be a year filled with learning, growth, friendships, and opportunities to let our light shine. ✨

And whether you say cray-on or cran… we can all agree on this:
