Spiritual Harvest Worship Center

Spiritual Harvest Worship Center Welcome to the SH Ministries page! Thank you for taking a few minutes to explore who we are.

THE MINISTRY

In 2005, the doors opened at Spiritual Harvest Worship Center. The center opened with a fledgling body of believers and it is still growing. Pastor Bob’s sensitivity to people, as well as his relevant, practical, and down-to-earth messages helps him connect with any person from any background. Pastor Brenda teaches the Word of God with boldness and clarity, always encouraging believe

rs to be everything that God called them to be. Because their services in the nursing homes and prisons are multi-racial, multi-denominational and multi-culture, a multi-church representation is the same vision they have for the church. Everything done through Spiritual Harvest Ministries is directed toward bringing people to Christ. The emphasis of the ministry is to teach the Word of God in a practical manner to grow up the spirit man of the believer. Even during praise and worship, the focus is not so much on perfect voices and talent, although this is desired, but, rather, the focus is on a pure heart toward the Lord. The praise team spends quality time in worshiping before the Lord as a team in preparation for leading the congregation during each service. One key emphasis in the ministry is to remind the saints of God that we have a high and holy calling and that God has called saints to respond to the needs of the world. The Dziadaszeks understand that people are looking for real purpose in their lives and that God has a plan and a purpose for every believer’s life. They realize that not only is their role as pastors to impart wisdom from the Word of God, but also to encourage people to take an active role in serving the living God.

From the Archives: The Heart Behind the Harvest

As we prepare to celebrate 21 years of ministry at Spiritual Harvest Ministries, we found something very special tucked away in our archives. ♥

This short video was recorded on October 16, 2009, just a little over four years after Spiritual Harvest Ministries began on September 11, 2005. Pastor Brenda recorded Pastor Bob, and Pastor Bob recorded Pastor Brenda. They were both introducing their way of teaching the Word of God at Spiritual Harvest. Looking back, this may have been one of their very first attempts at recording a video about the ministry! There was no elaborate production – just two pastors sharing the heart God had given them for His people.

And now, nearly 17 years after this video was recorded, it is a blessing to look back and realize that the heart of the ministry has remained the same: to teach the Word, strengthen believers, and build the spirit man for Christ. The cameras may have changed. The technology has certainly changed! But the message has not.

As Spiritual Harvest Ministries approaches its 21st Church Anniversary, we thank God for where He brought us from, for every lesson learned along the way, and for His faithfulness through every season. Faithful Then. Faithful Now. Faithful Forever. Take a few minutes and travel back with us to 2009 – a little glimpse into the early years of Spiritual Harvest Ministries.

Romans 2:16 NLT says, “And this is the message I proclaim--that the day is coming when God, through Christ Jesus, will judge everyone's secret life.”

As believers, we have to constantly be on guard, that the things we do in the Name of the Lord, are being done with the right motives. A person can do good things but have the wrong motives or reasons for doing them. If our motive for doing good things is to be seen by “other people,” then we will have no reward from our Father in heaven.

Jesus Christ is going to judge the secret life of a believer also. A secret is something that is meant to be kept unknown or unseen by others. Things done in secret may be good or bad, but they are never hidden from God. No matter what we try to hide in our life, the judgment of God is going to be according to our “real” character – the part of us that others can’t see, but God can.

A person’s character is comprised of an individual’s thoughts, desires, intentions, and actions. When you look at a person’s temperament about people, issues, and situations, etc., their character is determined by the sum total of their behavior toward those things, not a few isolated actions. You may say that you “love all people” and may do a couple of nice things for people, but if your actions and words, most of the time, don’t line up with that behavior, you are just acting “out of your character.”

We can say that Jesus is Lord of our life, but if the sum total of our words, our actions, the people we hang out with, and the places we go, don’t exactly fit the character of a believer, just saying Christ is Lord means that we’re “acting out of our character.” God looks at our whole life. Acting religious won’t cut it. Our Christian witness should be the "real character" of “how we live.

True Christian character is persistent. In true repentance, there must be hatred of all former sinfulness. There must be a change in our state of mind where we choose to do good and we refuse evil.

So, what is your secret? Do not be deceived. Jesus Christ shall surely be the Judge of whatever it is. Secret services of doing good shall be rewarded and secret sins shall be punished, and brought to light. When we set a good example for others to follow, our character, whether done in secret or in the open, will be clearly seen by all.

"For nothing is hidden that will not become evident, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light." - Luke 8:17 NASB.

OUR SPIRITUAL HARVEST STORY ❤️

As we share the final video in our “Our Story” series, we celebrate 21 years of God’s faithfulness to Spiritual Harvest Ministries! The story that God has been writing is more than a building, a name, or a Sunday service. It is a story about people.

The people worship here. They serve here. They’ve grown here. They’ve prayed here. They’ve laughed and cried here. And most importantly, they’ve experienced God here. Sister Rosalina Jenkins has been with the ministry since 2012. She is a member of the Praise Team, the Drama Ministry, the Women of the Word Ministry, and the Harvest Community Life Group.

Some people have asked the question, “What’s the purpose of a Drama Ministry in the church?” Because some truths aren't just heard - they're experienced. Drama brings the Word to life, making people laugh, cry, reflect, and most importantly - see themselves in the story. It's also a place where many in the church can serve - everyone's gifts can shine for God! Ministry through drama is compelling because it goes beyond words; it touches hearts, stirs emotions, and plants seeds of change. Our drama isn't just a performance. It's the Gospel in motion.

As we close our “Our Story” video series, we thank God for every voice, every memory, and every testimony that helped tell the story of Spiritual Harvest Ministries. Every life represented has been a part of the journey. We thank God for where He has brought us from, for what He is doing now, and for all that is still ahead.

The series may be ending, but the story continues.

Faithful Then. Faithful Now. Faithful Forever.

OUR SPIRITUAL HARVEST STORY ❤️

For 21 years, God has been writing a story at Spiritual Harvest Ministries—and that story is more than a building, a name, or a Sunday service. It is a story about people.

As we prepare to celebrate our 21st Church Anniversary, some of our Spiritual Harvest family are helping us tell the story in their own words.

They worship here. They serve here. They’ve grown here. They’ve prayed here. They’ve laughed and cried here. And most importantly, they’ve experienced God here. Sister Angela Bowden has been with the ministry since 2017. She is an assistant pastor at Spiritual Harvest, serving as the director of the Exhorters Ministry with about 15 adults serving under her leadership. She also serves in the Women of the Word Ministry, the Altar Ministry, the and the Harvest Community Life Group.

Over the next few days, we invite you to hear a little of Our Spiritual Harvest Story…told by the people who lived it.

A motivational talk IS NOT the Gospel of Christ. The motivation may be true, it might be encouraging, but it is not the Gospel. When people come to a house of worship, they need to hear the engrafted word, which is able to save their souls (James 1:21).

Don’t let anyone rob you of the rich treasure of the Gospel, strip you of your spiritual armor, take away from you the truths and doctrines of Christ, and strip you of your spiritual privileges and blessings.

True followers of Christ should be able to discern philosophy –whether it’s right or wrong. There is a philosophy which is vain and deceitful; and while it pleases men's fancies, it hinders their faith. Christ and His Gospel, the revelation He has made, are the standard of doctrine and worship. He only is to be heard and attended to. Whatever is contrary to His Gospel, should be guarded against.

“Don't let anyone capture you with empty philosophies and high-sounding nonsense that come from human thinking and from the spiritual powers of this world, rather than from Christ” Colossians 2:8.

True followers of Christ, WATCH, LOOK OUT and BEWARE.

THERE’S A PLACE FOR YOU AT THE HARVEST! 🙌❤️

At Spiritual Harvest Ministries, we believe ministry is not just about coming to church—it is about worshipping, growing, serving, and making a difference for the Kingdom of God.

God has given each of us different gifts, talents, abilities, and experiences, and when we bring them together, the body of Christ becomes stronger. We are a team, and every willing heart matters.

Our priority is always to worship God, but our worship should also lead us into service—serving one another, strengthening the church, reaching our community, and helping proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

You may sing. You may encourage. You may enjoy working with children. You may be gifted behind a camera, in the kitchen, at the door, behind the scenes, or simply have a heart that says, “Lord, use me.”

There is room for you!

Our ministries include Children’s Ministry (Ages 5–11: Puppet Ministry and Lil’ Harvest Praisers), Men’s Ministry, Women’s Ministry, Praise Ministry, Media Ministry (Audio/Video & Photography), Housekeeping, Food Service, Hospitality, Youth & Young Adults Ministry, Drama Ministry, Exhorters Ministry, and HELPS.

You do not have to do everything—but we believe every believer should be willing to do something as God leads and equips them.

“God has given each of you a gift from His great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.” — 1 Peter 4:10

Come grow with us. Come serve with us. Come help us make a difference.

At Spiritual Harvest Ministries, there is a place for you! ❤️

They worship here. They serve here. They’ve grown here. They’ve prayed here. They’ve laughed and cried here. And most importantly, they’ve experienced God here. Sister Jackie Schiele joined Spiritual Harvest Ministries in August 2022. She is a part of the Harvest Community Life Group, the Women of the Word Ministry, and she is a Deaconess at our church.

But our story has also touched the lives of family, friends, and visitors who have come through our doors to worship with us, hear the Word of God, and enjoy the fellowship of the saints. In this video, Jackie’s sister, Deborah Rogers, shares a few words about why she enjoys visiting Spiritual Harvest and being with our church family. ❤️Because sometimes the impact of a ministry reaches beyond those whose names appear on the membership roll. We thank God for every person He allows us to encourage, welcome, and point toward Him.

Over the next few days, we invite you to hear a little of Our Spiritual Harvest Story…told by the people who lived it—and even by some who have been blessed along the way.
