Losing someone you love hits different.
It’s raw, it’s painful, and honestly, it feels like your heart got ripped out.

But here’s the truth: healing isn’t instant, and it’s not supposed to be.
God shows up in the tiny steps forward.
In the days you get out of bed, in the memories that sting a little less, in the moments you feel carried.

You’re not walking this road alone.
God’s covering you with love, and Hill Haven Memory Gardens is right here in your corner honoring your story, your people, and your healing journey.

My heart is full today.
For the past several months, I’ve been quietly writing through one of the hardest seasons of my life. In January, I lost my coworker Diane to a sudden heart attack — a moment that shook me to my core and pulled me back into the deep waters of grief I’ve walked through so many times in my life and career.

Growing up in the cemetery world, with a father who served both families and the Church, I’ve lived my whole life surrounded by people carrying heavy sorrow. And yet, this loss opened something new in me — something tender, something raw, something God refused to let me ignore.

From that place, this book was born.

Today, I’m humbled and honestly a little overwhelmed to share that my grief study guide is officially in pre-launch. Every chapter carries pieces of my story, Diane’s memory, and the countless families I’ve walked alongside. But even more than that, it carries the hope God kept whispering to me when I felt like I couldn’t breathe: there is life on the other side of loss.

Very soon, I’ll share how and where you can get a copy.
But today… I’m just grateful. Grateful that God trusted me with this assignment. Grateful for the strength to pour my heart onto these pages. Grateful for the chance to help someone else feel a little less alone.

Thank you for holding space with me. More details coming soon.
